Introduction to my work process

My work begins with wood that has been naturally dried for more than 5 years. Cut and trim accurately using a saw and plane. It is an early stage work so it progresses quickly, but it is not in a rush.

Creating the front of the Actros truck and Mercedes-Benz logo was very difficult. There were several ideas and attempts. In this case, it usually takes a lot of time because I try it until I like it.

The entire engine is not visible in the completed work. There is no problem with the completeness of the work even if I don't create invisible parts. But I wanted to make an engine, so I made it.

Making a wooden wheel is quite tricky. This is because the thinner the wood becomes, the less durable it is. However, we try to make it as similar to the actual structure as possible. Tires are made using Mpingo or dyeing regular wood, and Mpingo is as hard as metal.

This work was very meaningful. This is because for the first time, changes in suspension and chassis depending on the height of the road and sidewalk blocks were expressed. The chassis and suspension were planned from the beginning.

As I always try new things, it takes a long time to create one piece. There is no perfect work, but I want to do my best to go beyond the limits. I will continue to expand the capabilities of my work. Thanks for your visit
